Ferguson Helps Out - Ipswich Town News
Town groundsman Alan Ferguson has been called back to his homeland to help out with problems with the Hampden Park pitch.
Bayer Leverkusen and Real Madrid meet one another in the European Champions' League Final at the Scottish national stadium later this month but the pitch is causing concern.
Ferguson flew up to a meeting at Hampden yesterday to discuss the problems. He has also been consulted by the organisers of this summer's World Cup in Japan and Korea.
