Town U23s at Opening of Felixstowe & Walton's Ground Redevelopment - Ipswich Town News

Town will be sending an U23s team to the official opening of Felixstowe & Walton United’s £530,000 redevelopment of their Goldstar Ground on Saturday 8th July (KO 4pm).

Prior to the match there will be an official opening ceremony from 2pm where former Blues chairman David Sheepshanks will be the chief guest and will unveil a plaque.

The redevelopment includes a new pitchside complex housing six changing rooms, a hospitality area, a large function room, spectator toilets, a turnstile block, a bar and kitchen, a club shop and associated hardstanding and pitch surrounds.

Admission will be £6 for adults, £3 for concessions with under-16s entering for free. Advance tickets will be available from Felixstowe & Walton from Wednesday 21st June.
