Karic Wins Championship - Ipswich Town News
Amir Karic has won the Slovenian title with loan club NK Maribor. Karic and Matt Holland will today find out whether they are in their national squads for this summer's World Cup.
Both are expected to be included while Finidi George is now looking very unlikely to make the Nigerian squad.
He was not included in the 35-man provisional squad which was due to play a friendly with China this week. That game has been called off as a mark of respect to Nigerian sports minister Mark Aku who was killed in a plane crash.
