U18s Face Southwold in Traditional Pre-Season Opener - Ipswich Town News
The Blues’ U18s will play their traditional pre-season friendly away against Southwold Town on the Common on Friday 7th July (KO 6.30pm).
It will be the 22nd staging of the annual fixture, which last year ended in a 5-0 victory to the young Blues with Ben Morris (pictured), a trialist, Tristan Nydam, Corrie Ndaba and Jack Lanckester on the scoresheet. The 2015 game similarly ended 5-0 to the young Blues.
The U18s also face Needham Market’s reserves in a friendly at Playford Road on Tuesday 11th July (KO 6.30pm). You can find the Blues’ pre-season fixtures here.
