TWTD Fantasy Football 2017/18 - Ipswich Town News

TWTD is running two Fantasy Football competitions via the Daily Telegraph during the season ahead, one free to play, the other with an entry fee with cash prizes.

Simply sign up to the Telegraph’s Fantasy Football and create a free team of superstars who will gain you points throughout the season. You can then join either of TWTD’s leagues and also the Telegraph’s own competitions in which you can win £250,000.

To join TWTD’s Prize League, which costs £10, you will need to enter league code 8126487 and pin 2903. One hundred per cent of the fees will go to the prize pool with 50 per cent awarded to the team which comes first at the end of the season, 20 per cent to second place, 15 per cent to the winner of the Golden Boot and 15 per cent to the best initially picked XI.

To join TWTD’s Free League enter league code 8128355 and pin 1978.

You can enter as many teams as you like in any competition, but only the first team you create is free. The Telegraph charges for additional teams but there is a bonus offer during July.

Meanwhile, forum poster Chiddley is again running his Fantasy Premier League under the name TWTD with the code: 824227-198065.

Town moved level on points with second-placed Leeds United following a pulsating 3-3 draw with Hull City at the MKM Stadium having been in front three times. Returning striker George Hirst put the Blues in front in the 19th minute but the Tigers levelled on 40 through Ozan Tufan before Omari Hutchinson put Town back ahead with the first of two brilliant goals. However, Hull equalised again through Liam Delap in the 56th minute, then Hutchinson’s second put the Blues ahead again, however, Tigers sub Noah Ohio grabbed a point for the East Yorkshire side with three minutes remaining and the Blues were unable to take late chances to win it.
