Spurs After Bent - Ipswich Town News
Tottenham manager Glenn Hoddle has admitted that he may be interested in signing Town's Marcus Bent over the summer. West Ham have already been touted as a destination for Bent, Town's top scorer this season.
Hoddle said of the £5 million-rated striker: "He's a good young player who has done reasonably well. There is nothing happening at the moment but he is a player we have been monitoring. There are 10 or 11 players I am looking at and I will be going to a lot more games between now and the World Cup."
Bent joined Town in November for £3 million and has scored ten goals in 23 starts (+3 sub).
