Breen Interest From Town? - Ipswich Town News
The news that Coventry central defender Gary Breen is available on a free transfer may be of interest to George Burley, if a number of previous reports are to be believed. The Irish international has been linked with a move to Town on several occasions over the last few years.
Breen is one of 11 players leaving Coventry, amongst them experienced left-back Marcus Hall, who may also interest George Burley, given the dearth of left-backs at Portman Road.
With money in shorter supply it seems likely that players coming in will be Bosmans like Breen or Hall rather than those commanding a fee.
