U18s Draw at Charlton - Ipswich Town News
Jack Lankester netted a penalty and Albert Wilton (pictured) a header as Town’s U18s drew 2-2 at Charlton after twice going ahead.
Lankester put the young Blues in front from the spot four minutes after the break, the Addicks levelled, then Wilton restored Town’s lead on 76 but the home side grabbed a draw late on.
Meanwhile, Town’s U23s are in action against Bristol City at Portman Road on Monday evening (KO 7pm).
U18s: Egan, Murrell, Marshall, Ndaba, Clements, Ogunmekan, Cahill (Ronan 75), McGavin, Dobra, Wilton, Lankester (Brown 63). Unused: Barley, Vega.
