The young Blues are unbeaten in their last two games having won 1-0 away at Coventry before drawing 1-1 at home to Millwall a week ago when Jack Lankester was on target.
Town’s U23s are next in action at Portman Road on Monday evening when they face Aston Villa in the Premier League Cup (KO 7pm).
