Academy Side Doing Well - Ipswich Town News
Town's Academy U19s have had a successful time up to now in the international youth tournament in Uitgeest, Holland.
So far they have beaten Estonians Tatran Presov 2-0 (Bent, Ambrose), Dutch side Telstar 7-0 (Bent (2), Robinson (2), Connell (2) and Burton) and RKC Walwijk 3-1 (Burton, Ambrose, OG).
They meet Sunderland today in the quarter-finals, which will be followed either by a semi-final and a final or by play-offs for final standings.
The squad flies home tomorrow.
