Midfielder James Blanchfield, who has been sidelined with injury for the last few weeks, defender Luke Woolfenden and strike pair Ben Morris and Ben Folami will all be involved.
The U23s, who are fourth ahead of the Addicks, who are fifth on goal difference, go into the game unbeaten in four in all competitions, winning two and drawing two.
