U18s Win at Everton in FA Youth Cup - Ipswich Town News

Second-half goals from Ross Marshall (pictured) and Idris El Mizouni saw Town’s U18s to a 2-1 FA Youth Cup third round victory over Everton at Goodison Park.

Defender Marshall headed Alan Lee’s side in front in the 47th minute with El Mizouni adding the second with a low 20-yard drive on 65.

The home side pulled a goal back through Korede Adedoyin a minute after the Frenchman’s strike but the young Blues clung on to claim the win and a home tie against either Oxford United or Dagenham and Redbridge in round four.
