Klug and Williams Set to Be Caretaker Bosses - Ipswich Town News
TWTD understands academy head of coaching and development Bryan Klug and former midfielder Geraint Williams are set to be put in joint-caretaker charge of the Blues ahead of Saturday's trip to Nottingham Forest.
Klug, 57, has previously been in caretaker charge of Town between previous managers, while Williams, 56, is an experienced boss having previously been in charge at Colchester United and Leyton Orient as well as the Wales U21s. The Welshman has recently been working at the academy.
Manager Mick McCarthy announced his departure from Town with immediate effect following the Blues’ 1-0 victory over Barnsley.
