FA Cup Legends in Witnesham - Ipswich Town News
Blues legends Roger Osborne, Allan Hunter and Mick Lambert will recall their memories of Town’s 1-0 1978 FA Cup final victory over Arsenal at a charity event at Witnesham Village Hall on Friday 11th May.
The club’s former public relations officer Mel Henderson will host the evening where the trio will remember that day at Wembley 40 years ago and answer fans’ questions.
Tickets cost £8 each and are available from The Barley Mow pub in Witnesham, either by calling in or phoning 01473 785395. There will be a bar and light refreshments with all proceeds going to Arthritis Research UK.
