Academy right-back Dylan Crowe could win his ninth England U17s cap when the Young Lions take on Switzerland in their final European Championships group game at Rotherham United’s New York Stadium this evening (ITV4 6.45pm).
Crowe started the England youngsters’ 2-1 victory over Israel in their opening match and then came on as a half-time sub in the subsequent win against Italy by the same scoreline.
England go into the final fixture top of the group with the Swiss third having lost 2-0 to Italy before beating Israel 3-0.
Crowe, 17, who has just completed his first season as a full-time scholar at Playford Road, has previously won caps at U15 and U16 levels.
If England take a point from tonight's match they will play their quarter-final at Burton Albion's Pirelli Stadium on Sunday evening.
Meanwhile, Town fans can run the rule over Paul Hurst’s Shrewsbury when they take on Charlton in the first leg of the League One play-offs at the Valley this evening (Sky Sports Football 7.30pm).
