Crowe Could Win Cap as England U17s Target Place in Euros Final - Ipswich Town News
Academy right-back Dylan Crowe could win his 10th England U17s cap this evening when the Young Lions take on Holland in the semi-finals of the European Championships at Chesterfield’s Proact Stadium (ITV4 6.45pm).
Crowe, 17, who has just completed the first year of his scholarship at Playford Road and has previously won caps at U15 and U16 levels, started two of England’s group games and came on as a half-time sub in the other but was left on the bench during Sunday’s 2-0 quarter-final victory over Norway.
If they win tonight the England youngsters will face the victors of this afternoon’s game between Italy and Belgium in the final at Rotherham United's New York Stadium on Sunday.
