Chairmen to Join March - Ipswich Town News
The 72 Football League chairmen have voted to join a march and peaceful protest against collapsed broadcaster ITV Digital. The 10th July protest, with the motto 'Save Our Clubs', will march on the headquarters of ITV Digital's joint owners Carlton and Granada.
The march is two weeks before the court hearing where the League is suing both parent companies for up to £500 million.
ITV Digital fell apart after one year of a three year rights contract with the League still owed £178.5m.
