U18s in Action at Southwold in Traditional Pre-Season Opener - Ipswich Town News

The Blues’ U18s will play their traditional opening pre-season friendly away against Southwold Town on the Common this evening (KO 6.30pm).

It will be the 23rd staging of the annual fixture, which last year ended in a 2-0 victory to the young Blues with Declan Daniels and Luca Vega scoring, and academy coach Kieron Dyer making a surprise appearance from the bench, a role he seems set to reprise tonight having been named in the squad.
