Chalobah Skippers as England U19s Lose Play-Off - Ipswich Town News
Blues loanee Trevoh Chalobah again skippered the England U19s as they were beaten 3-0 by Norway in their final game at the European Championships in Finland, a play-off for a place at next summer’s U20 World Cup in Poland.
Chalobah, a member of the squad which won the Euros in Georgia last summer alongside Andre Dozzell, picked up his 24th U19s cap, while striker Ben Morris was an unused sub and didn’t add to his debut in the group game against Ukraine.
The duo are set to fly back from Finland on Friday and could be in the squad for Saturday’s friendly against West Ham at Portman Road.
