Burley Welcomes Tie - Ipswich Town News
George Burley is happy with Town's UEFA Cup draw against FC Avenir Beggen from Luxembourg. Beggen qualified for this season's UEFA Cup by winning the Luxembourg Cup.
Manager George Burley welcomed the draw telling the club site: "It will be a new experience for us because the club has never played in Luxembourg before.
"I'm delighted with the draw really and it's a tie that we will be looking forward to."
Town will be using Sports Travel Management for the official trips. Ticket priority (both for official trips and for independent travellers) is as per usual and the club have announced the dates when tickets can be purchased for the away leg: Away Match Passport holders Monday 29th July, Gold Club members Wednesday 31st July, Season Ticket holders Friday 2nd August, Silver Club members Monday 5th August and general sale Tuesday 6th August.
