Fab and Jamma on Mend - Ipswich Town News

Fabian Wilnis and Jermaine Wright, who underwent operations at the end of the season, will both be taking part in the first two days of pre-season training proper on Thursday and Friday.

The players had groin and hernia ops a week or so after the end of last season and Wilnis is one of a number of players already back at Portman Road in preparation for the new season.

Wright is now back running after his injury, but both players may sit out some of the more physical aspects of the early sessions taken by fitness coach Simon Thadani.
