Nsiala's Red Card Appeal Rejected - Ipswich Town News

Toto Nsiala’s appeal against his red card at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday has been rejected by the FA’s Independent Regulatory Commission and the centre-half now faces a three-match ban.

Nsiala was dismissed in the 75th minute at Hillsborough for a challenge on Fernando Forestieri in which he appeared to cleanly win the ball prior to the Owls striker colliding with him.

The former Shrewsbury man will miss Sunday's East Anglian derby against Norwich and the two games following the international break at Hull City and at home to Brentford.
