Academy Staging Tournament - Ipswich Town News
The Blues’ academy is staging the Ipswich Town Invitational Cup next month featuring elite U15 and U13 teams from home and abroad.
The tournament, which is hosted by academy partners St Joseph’s College, will see teams from Germany, France and the Republic of Ireland compete with English academy sides.
The U13s competition is on Tuesday 23rd October with the U15s tournament the following day.
Meanwhile, young keeper Mitchell Ware, who is 19 today, has joined Thurlow Nunn Premier Division Haverhill Rovers on loan and made his debut in yesterday’s 2-1 victory over Stowmarket.
