Thommo Takes Over - Ipswich Town News
Former Town full-back Neil Thompson has taken over as temporary manager at Boston after boss Steve Evans was suspended pending an internal club investigation.
The Lincolnshire side, promoted to the Third Division in May, are in crisis after the FA announced charges against the club and Evans as well as former chairman Pat Malkinson, who has also stepped aside, regarding "contract irregularities".
Thompson joined the Pilgrims' staff last season as assistant manager.
