Town Unchanged Again Against Bristol City - Ipswich Town News

Town boss Paul Lambert has named the same starting XI for the fourth successive match as the Blues face Bristol City at Portman Road, while Ellis Harrison is back on the bench after his ankle injury.

Harrison, 24, played 45 minutes for the U23s at Millwall on Monday having been out since the end of September.

Teddy Bishop, who made his return to first team action as a sub against West Brom on Friday, is again on the bench.

The Robins, who include former Blue Adam Webster in their starting line-up, make two changes from the team which lost 2-0 to Leeds at the weekend. Josh Brownhill is suspended, while Jack Hunt drops to the bench with Liam Walsh and Eros Pisano replacing them in the XI.

The Blues go into the game looking for their first home win since April 11 games ago, their longest run without a victory at Portman Road since they joined the Football League in 1938.

Town: Bialkowski, Spence, Chambers (c), Pennington, Knudsen, Skuse, Chalobah, Downes, Edwards, Sears, Roberts. Subs: Gerken, Donacien, Jackson, Harrison, Bishop, Ward, Lankester.

Bristol City: Maenpaa, Kelly, Kalas, Webster, Adelakun, Eliasson, Walsh, Pack (c), Pisano, Paterson, Weimann. Subs: O’Leary, Dasilva, Baker, Diedhiou, Morrell, Hunt, Eisa. Referee: David Webb (Lancashire).
