Youngsters Dropped - Ipswich Town News

Darren Bent and Matt Bloomfield have been dropped from the England U19 squad playing in the UEFA European U19 Championship later this month.

Both players were in the provisional squad announced last month, however neither is in Martin Hunter's 18-man party travelling to Norway.

Included in the squad are Tottenham's Ben Bowditch, brother of Town Academy player Dean, and Newcastle's Michael Chopra, highly rated by former Town man Kieron Dyer.
