Burley on Peralta - Ipswich Town News
Town boss George Burley has confirmed that Sixto Peralta is not with the squad at their Goodwood team building camp. Reports this morning claimed that the midfielder had joined the squad, but as we reported earlier, this is not the case.
Burley told the club site: "Sixto is not with the first-team at the training camp in Goodwood, he is at home in Argentina."
"As yet no final decision has been made about his future and officially his loan period with the club is now over.
"But as I have said before, it's possible that Sixto will be with us next season and we are staying in contact with Inter Milan."
Peralta was not included in a 28-man Inter squad which began their pre-season programme with a camp at Bormio last week.
