Wright to Everton? - Ipswich Town News
Everton manager David Moyes has made an enquiry regarding ex-Town keeper Richard Wright. Moyes had previously been interested in former Town target Mart Poom, but Derby were not interested in doing a deal.
Wright moved to Arsenal last season for an undisclosed fee thought to be around £5 million.
Despite winning FA Cup and and Premiership winners medals last season, Wright's spell at Highbury has not gone smoothly.
The Ipswich-born keeper was blamed for a number high-profile defeats and ultimately he lost his place in the England squad ahead of the World Cup.
If he stays at Arsenal then he is likely to remain behind David Seaman for at least another year.
