Town boss Paul Lambert has returned to a back four as the Blues face West Brom at The Hawthorns with Jonas Knudsen, Gwion Edwards and Cole Skuse starting and Matthew Pennington (ill), Trevoh Chalobah (thigh) and James Collins (calf) all dropping out of the 18.

Knudsen, who was suspended last week, starts alongside skipper Luke Chambers at the centre of the defence, while Skuse joins Teddy Bishop and Jon Nolan in midfield.

Up front, Alan Judge and Gwion Edwards start either side of Collin Quaner.
