Town Tighten Ticketing Ahead of Leeds - Ipswich Town News

Town have made a number of changes to their ticketing policy ahead of the Leeds United game on the final day of the season, Sunday 5th May.

Leeds, who are almost certain to go into the game still in the promotion race, have taken their full allocation of 2,000 tickets for the match with the Blues not giving the Whites the additional areas they were afforded last season.

With Leeds supporters therefore likely to try to obtain seats elsewhere in the ground, the club are only selling tickets to Town fans who are on the database with purchase history prior to this season and one per person, meaning each ticket must be linked to an individual customer number, although the Friends and Family option online can be used to buy multiple tickets in one transaction.

The option to print tickets at home will not be open for the match with all tickets posted in the week commencing April 29th. ""The Ticket Enquiry Centre won’t be open on the day but the Ticket Office will operate from Constantine Road for this match only.

Ultimate members purchasing one additional ticket can do so from today, Silver members purchasing one ticket can do so from tomorrow, Gold card holders purchasing one additional ticket can do so from Wednesday and season ticket holders purchasing one additional ticket can do so from Friday, with tickets going on general sale, one per person, from Monday 15th April.

Town say any home supporters discovered to be passing a ticket to an away supporter will face a ban from purchasing tickets at Portman Road.
