A number of presentations will be made on the night, while there will be a tribute to skipper Luke Chambers, who recently reached 300 appearances for the Blues.
Lambert said: "The only people who should be getting awards this season are the supporters. They are the ones that deserve it.”
"Town’s general manager of football operations, Lee O’Neill, added: "It was a very quick conversation with Marcus [Evans] and he agreed straight away that it’s something we should do given the fantastic support the team has had in what has obviously been a very disappointing season.
