1,200 New Season Ticket Holders - Ipswich Town News

Town have revealed that more than 1,200 new season ticket holders have signed up for the Blues’ 2019/20 League One campaign with the overall total now at 10,427, already up on this year's figure of 10,200.

The Blues announced their season ticket prices a fortnight ago with most seats down by an initial 12.5 per cent with further discounts if the total hits the 12,000, 13,000 and 14,000 marks before the early bird deadline of May 6th.

"Paul’s [Lambert] asked me to keep him up to date on how the season ticket sales are going,” Town’s general manager of football operations Lee O’Neill told the club site.""

"It’s great to see so many new season ticket holders getting behind the club.

"We targeted attracting around 2,000 or so new purchasers to have a chance of reaching that initial 12,000 figure and we are halfway there with still a week to go.

"""It’s a new challenge for everyone next season and it will be a big test but the aim is clear, to return to the Championship as quickly as possible.”
