Dunn Deal Second Signing in Two Days for ITFC Women - Ipswich Town News
Ipswich Town FC Women have re-signed right-back Chloe Dunn from Limestone College in South Carolina, their second addition in two days following yesterday’s recruitment of Blue Wilson from Manchester City.
Dunn rejoins the Blues a year into a four-year scholarship in America.
The 19-year-old previously spent four months with the U21 set-up during the 2017/18 season prior to moving out to the States, where she was named Freshman of The Year and was included in the NCAA Second Team All-Conference side.
A product of the Essex Centre of Excellence where she was coached by current Town boss Joe Sheehan, she joined Watford at the age of 16 and captained their development side before moving to Ipswich for her previous spell in 2017.

Blackburn Rovers 1-0 Ipswich Town - Match AbandonedTown look set to face a return trip to Blackburn Rovers later in the season after this afternoon’s game was abandoned after 80 minutes due to a waterlogged pitch with the home side 1-0 up and with the Blues down to 10 men. Jacob Greaves was shown a straight red card four minutes after the break for hauling down Yuki Ohashi, then Rovers skipper Todd Cantwell netted a penalty on 59, but the heavy rain had made the game increasingly farcical the longer it progressed and in the 80th minute referee Stephen Martin took the players off and then 25 minutes later abandoned it entirely.
