Former Fitness Coach Joins Blades - Ipswich Town News
Ex-Town fitness coach Nathan Winder has been named the lead strength and conditioning coach with Premier League new boys Sheffield United.
Winder, 36, who has also worked at Barnsley and Leeds, joined Town as part of Paul Hurst’s staff a year ago this week and left the club along with his manager and the rest of his backroom team in October.
