Brown Joins Injury List - Ipswich Town News
Wayne Brown is the latest addition to Town's injury list and will miss tonight's friendly at Bristol Rovers. The central defender, who is yet to sign an extension to his contract, has a hamstring problem.
Also out are Finidi George (also hamstring), Mark Venus (knee), Thomas Gaardsøe (thigh), Ulrich Le Pen (broken toe) and Alun Armstrong (back).
Better news is that Darren Ambrose is over his thigh problem and that Marcus Bent has recovered from his hamstring injury.
Town will stay in Bristol between tonight's game with Rovers (at the Hand Stadium, Clevedon, 7.45pm) and Saturday's fixture with Bristol City (Ashton Gate, 3pm).
