Bareck Nets Hat-Trick as U18s Beat Reading - Ipswich Town News
Town’s U18s continued their high-scoring start to pre-season by beating Reading 4-2 in a behind-closed-doors friendly hosted by the Royals with Michael Bareck netting a hat-trick and Tyreece Simpson scoring the other goal.
Centre-forward Bareck is one of the new intake of first-year scholars, while Simpson is going into his second season as an academy full-timer.
The U18s have now scored nine goals in their first two friendlies having thrashed Brighton 5-0 in their opening match at Playford Road on Tuesday.
