Crowe Signs First Pro Deal Ending Months of Speculation - Ipswich Town News
Academy product Dylan Crowe has put pen to paper on his first professional contract with the Blues, ending months of speculation regarding his future.
Right-back or right midfielder Crowe, 18, has signed a deal which runs to the summer of 2022 and is expected to include the usual year’s option.
With Town since the age of 12, Crowe has won England caps at U15, U16, U17 and U18 levels.
Celtic, Huddersfield, RB Leipzig, Arsenal, Manchester United, Brighton, Borussia Mönchengladbach and Benfica were among a host of clubs claimed to have been eyeing Crowe, who completed his two-year academy scholarship at the end of last season.
Crowe featured for the U18s and U23s during 2018/19, although missed a lot of football through injury, and was involved in Wednesday night's U23s friendly victory at Lowestoft, coming on at half-time.
