Rossiter Returns to ITFC Women - Ipswich Town News
Ipswich Town FC Women have re-signed midfielder or right-back Ellie Rossiter from Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia, USA.
The 22-year-old previously scored four goals in 24 appearances having made her senior debut as a teenager under former boss Ralph Pruden after joining the club aged seven and progressing through from the Centre of Excellence.
She subsequently signed a four-year scholarship with the Senators in 2015 but rejoined the club on trial this summer following her graduation and featured in the recent 3-1 friendly victory against Nottingham Forest.
Rossiter, who will wear the number 14 shirt, impressed enough to be added to manager Joe Sheehan’s squad.
