Sears Signs New Deal - Ipswich Town News
Striker Freddie Sears has signed a new Blues deal which will keep him at Portman Road until the summer of 2021 with the club having an option for a further season.
Town took up a one-year option in the 29-year-old’s previous contract in December but now the two parties have agreed a longer-term new deal.
Sears, who is expected to return from his ACL injury in November, joined the Blues from Colchester United for £200,000 in January 2015.
The Hornchurch-born striker or wideman has scored 30 goals in 130 starts and 46 sub appearances for the Blues.
