George Burley has denied a weekend report that Marcus Bent has been the subject of a £5 million bid from Fulham.
The report claimed that the bid had been turned down and that Fulham were likely to return with a further offer later in the week.
The London side have also been linked with Matt Holland, Jermaine Wright and Hermann Hreidarsson this summer.
