Lambert Makes 10 Changes as Three Make Debuts at Luton - Ipswich Town News

Town boss Paul Lambert has made 10 changes and handed keeper Will Norris and youngsters Bailey Clements and Armando Dobra debuts in this evening's Carabao Cup first round tie at Luton.

Skipper Luke Chambers, who starts at the centre of the defence alongside James Wilson, is the only player kept in the team from Saturday's 1-1 draw with Sunderland. Clements will be at left-back and Josh Emmanuel at right-back.

Emyr Huws makes his first competitive start since December 2018 in central midfield alongside Andre Dozzell.

Dobra will be on the right and Edwards, back after his groin injury, on the left with Alan Judge behind lone striker Jordan Roberts.

Jon Nolan is among the subs following his calf injury, while ex-Hatters loanee Flynn Downes is also on the bench.

Luton, who lost 2-1 at Cardiff on Saturday, include former Blues loan man James Bree from the start, while one-time trialist Marek Stech is a sub.
