Trialist Defender in U23s Facing Birmingham - Ipswich Town News

The Town U23s side facing Birmingham City at the Midlanders’ Trillion Trophy Training Centre includes trialist central defender George Heaven.

The 19-year-old came through the academy at Leicester before being released last summer without making a senior appearance. Earlier this summer, Heaven spent time on trial at West Ham.

U23s: Przybek, Cotter, Heaven, Ndaba, Clements (c), Crowe, Scott, Dobra, K Brown, Z Brown, Simpson. Subs: Alley, Fehrenbach, T Smith, Baker.
