U18s Host Crewe - Ipswich Town News

Town’s U18s are in action against Crewe Alexandra at Playford Road on Saturday morning (KO 11am).

The young Blues currently have a 100 per cent record from their two Professional Development Two South games, having beaten Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 at home and Sheffield United 3-1 away.

On Tuesday, the side coached by Adem Atay beat a team from the Croydon-based Kinetic Academy, from where the Blues recruited Myles Kenlock and several other scholars in recent seasons, 5-2 at Playford Road.

Michael Bareck netted twice, while Colin Oppong, Harley Curtis and a trialist.
