Former Blues midfielder Darren Ambrose is this week's guest on BBC Radio Suffolk’s Life’s a Pitch on Saturday between 12 noon and 2pm, joining host Mark Murphy and Tractorboy.
Ambrose, whose career took him to Newcastle, Charlton, Crystal Palace, Birmingham Apollon Smyrni and Colchester after moving on from Portman Road, is these days the co-owner of MR. Barbers in Duke Street.
The show will also hear from the Australasian Blues following their Derby Down Under clash with their Norwich City counterparts in Brisbane.
