Toto Nsiala, Will Keane and Ben Folami are all set to feature for the U23s when they take on Nottingham Forest at Portman Road this evening (KO 7pm).
Centre-half Nsiala will be involved in his first game since suffering a hamstring injury at the Interwetten Cup in Meppen in July.
Striker Keane will be playing his second U23s match having rejoined the Blues last month having undergone hamstring surgery early in the summer.

Fellow frontman Folami has been out of action since tearing an achilles tendon in the 1-0 U23s victory at Cardiff in January.
The U23s, whose manager Gerard Nash won’t be departing for the boss’s job at League of Ireland St Patrick’s Athletic, Stephen O’Donnell having been handed the position last week, are without a point from their first three Professional Development League Two South games this season.
Meanwhile, U23s midfielder Brett McGavin's loan spell with Vanarama National League South side Concord Rangers has come to an end. McGavin, 19, made six appearances for the Beachboys, scoring once.
Elsewhere, the U18s won 1-0 at Bolton Wanderers on Saturday morning, sub Michael Bareck netting the goal shortly after coming on.
