More Transfer Rumours - Ipswich Town News

This morning's papers contain more of the type of rumours we are set to expect throughout the summer. Charlton are apparently after Eidur Gudjohnsen and Mark Fish, but if there is no God and Bolton are promoted, Alan Curbishley will look to purchase David Johnson and James Scowcroft. All seems a bit far-fetched to me and could well just be a re-hash of old stories linking Charlton with Johnson and Scowcroft.

Both Johnson and Gudjohnsen are rated as doubtful for Sunday with Town awaiting results of x-rays on Johnno's shoulder/neck area and Gudjohnsen resting with his knee heavily strapped. Tony Mowbray should be fit despite heavy bruising around his eye.
