Town Mark World Mental Health Day - Ipswich Town News

Neal visited Portman Road last week for the conversation ahead of WMHD, which is held on October 10th annually.
"My advice would be to talk," Downes said. "I didn't do that at the start but when I did it really helped.”
Town are supporters Suffolk Mind and Samaritans with the squiggle from Mind’s logo joining the first letter of players’ names on the back of their shirts.
