I Want to Stay - Magilton - Ipswich Town News
Former Northern Ireland midfielder Jim Magilton says he wants to stay at Town after having a good pre-season. Magilton was an integral part of the Town side which won promotion and then finished fifth in the Premiership, but last year his season did not go so well.
The ex-Southampton and Oxford man missed pre-season last year after an operation and in the latter stages his son became ill.
This time around, though, he is determined to to do well with things happier at home and no injuroes to speak of: "There is no chance of me wanting to leave. I want to stay and repay the faith the manager and the supporters have shown in me."
