Burton Loan Confirmed - Ipswich Town News
Steve Burton's three-month loan move to league-newcomers Boston United has been confirmed. The 18-year-old will make his debut for the Pilgrims in tonight's friendly with Nottingham Forest.
Burton aims to hit the back of the net on a regular basis when at York Street, telling the club site: "I am going there to score goals. That is my job and I want to hit the net as many times as possible for Boston."
He is set to make his league debut for Neil Thompson's side against Bournemouth on Saturday when he is likely to come up against former Town Academy player Alan Connell.
