Town have confirmed that the FA Cup first round tie against Lincoln City at Portman Road will take place on Saturday 9th November (KO 3pm) with tickets at reduced prices.
Adult seats for the Blues’ first game at this stage of the competition since they beat Hastings United 4-0 in 1956 are £10, 65-plus and under-23s tickets are £5 and under-19s £2.
The game, a chance for the Blues to avenge the Imps' 2016/17 third round replay victory at Sincil Bank, has not been chosen for live TV broadcast.
Town last won an FA Cup tie back in January 2010 when they beat Blackpool 2-1 in the third round at Bloomfield Road during Roy Keane’s time in charge.
Since then they have played 14 matches in the competition, four draws and 10 defeats.
Last season they were beaten 1-0 by last Sunday’s opponents Accrington Stanley at the Crown Ground.
